The VSA1825-SS is engineered to run a wide range of polyolefin shrink films, producing consistent, high-quality seals at a value-driven price point. With stainless steel construction, the machine is designed for environments where hygiene and longevity are critical. The system automatically feeds products into the sealing area, where a sensor triggers a 90° guillotine hot knife seal bar to create a loose bag around each item. Once sealed, products continue through a heat tunnel, where the film shrinks tightly to deliver a clean, professional finish.

Capable of sealing 35 to 40 products per minute, depending on size and application, the VSA1825-SS provides efficient throughput without compromising quality. A compact footprint, rugged construction, and intuitive design make it well-suited for busy production floors. Operators benefit from the machine’s user-friendly 7-inch color touchscreen controller, which provides simple menus for system setup and adjustments.

The VSA1825-SS includes an array of advanced features designed to maximize efficiency and performance. Adjustable pin perforators enable air evacuation during the shrink process, while film tracking wheels and a scrap take-up system ensure smooth operations. The motorized seal height adjustment ensures the seal line is centered for varying product sizes, and a pneumatic air cylinder guarantees consistent pressure across the seal bar for clean, uniform results. Infeed and outfeed conveyors running at 100 feet per minute further enhance productivity.

Designed with practicality in mind, the system is easy to operate and requires minimal training or maintenance. Heavy-duty casters and leveling pads provide mobility and stability within the plant, while CE certification confirms the machine’s compliance with international safety and performance standards. With an 18” by 25” seal area accommodating packages up to 7” tall and film widths up to 24”, the VSA1825-SS offers flexibility for a wide range of applications.
