Performance Series EM1622T L-Sealer Press Release
October 31, 2011, Brooklyn Park, MN – Eastey, a leading manufacturer of L-sealers, sleeve wrappers, shrink tunnels and bundling equipment, introduces the EM1622T Econo Hot Wire Sealer. The EM1622T is an affordable solution for manually sealing a variety of products.
The EM1622T Econo Hot Wire Sealer features a powered takeaway mesh conveyor, magnetic clamping and automatic cycle timing. The units Film Cradle allows users the ability to make quick and easy film adjustment and changeovers, and the Pin Perf provides air evacuation to each package to leave a tight shrink wrapped product.
EM1622T is designed to seal products 22” in length and 16” wide. EM1622T can be combined with Eastey’s ET1608 Econo Shrink Tunnel to provide a positive shrink of all products. The Econo Shrink Tunnel features a stainless steel mesh belt conveyor system, solid state temperature control, and four directional air flow with variable controlled air speed. The chamber size is 16” wide, 8” high, and 30” in length.
