EFFICIENT DESIGN
Purpose-built for automatic shrink packaging of larger products, the VSA2735 combines simple operation with efficient, repeatable performance. Products are automatically conveyed into the sealing area, where an integrated product sensor accurately positions each package for sealing. A powered closing conveyor securely guides tall, lightweight, or unstable products into position, ensuring smooth, reliable package handling.
Once positioned, the 90° guillotine hot knife seal bar creates a clean, consistent seal around the product before it transfers seamlessly to a shrink
tunnel for a tight, professional finish. Capable of sealing up to 30 packages per minute, depending on product size and application, the VSA2735 helps manufacturers increase throughput while maintaining exceptional package quality across a wide range of packaging applications.
Hot Knife Seal Bar – Vertical cutting motion with hot knife delivers a consistent seal every time.
Multiple Pin Perforators – Adjustable pin perforators provide air evacuation during shrink process.
